Please read the Terms of Purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Purchase or the Privacy Policy, you should not proceed with your order from our shop.

The Seller focuses on distance selling, preferably via the internet, of sustainable accessories for dogs and homes with dogs.
3. Content and information provided on the website
The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offering presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. If an error of this kind occurs, being at all times beyond the Seller’s control, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in one of the prices displayed and a customer decides to make their purchase based on that error, the Seller must notify the customer of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel his or her purchase free of charge.
Within the contents of the website the Seller, at times, may show provisional information about certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product the customer is entitled to cancel his or her purchase free of charge.
The Seller is not directly or indirectly responsible for any of the information, content, statements and expressions contained in the products sold by the Seller. This responsibility falls to the manufacturers or distributors of these products. The customer understands that the Seller is merely an intermediary between him or her and the manufacturer or distributor.

5. Applicable Taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website, include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union are subject to VAT.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any non-members of the European Union are exempt from VAT.
6. Method of payment
When ordering, the customer is free to choose the method of payment: credit/debit card via PayPal’s virtual terminal; Paypal; and bank transfer. In certain cases, and to prevent fraud, the Seller reserves the right to ask a customer for a specific payment method if the identity of the buyer has not been proven conclusively.
7. Type, costs and time of delivery
The customer can select the delivery method among those that are applicable for his or her delivery area. You should be aware that the delivery, quality of service, delivery point and cost is different for each form of transport.
The Seller sends the orders to their customers through nationally and internationally renowned courier companies. The delivery date and time to the customer’s chosen address depends on the availability of the product chosen and the delivery area of the client. Before confirming their order, the customers will be informed about the delivery costs and delivery times that apply to their specific order. Transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in transport and difficulties in delivering the goods
8. Buyer’s rights and returns policy
The Seller does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of products offered on its website except for products where a specific guarantee has been expressly cited. If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on the Website whenever possible. The catalogue shown is purely a guideline, as the suppliers, manufacturers or distributors do not report inventory or guarantee early delivery. This situation prevents the Seller from accurately informing customers about the availability of products and from ensuring a given deadline, which, in any case, will depend on the period of time that the supplier, manufacturer or distributor takes to supply the product.
The Seller guarantees its customers the right to cancel their order at any time and at no extra cost if the cancellation is carried out before the order has been made available to the transport company for delivery.
The client will have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to terminate the agreement and return the product purchased. The client must inform the Seller of his or her desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract within the time stipulated and by any means admitted by law. The customer may return any item purchased from the Seller provided the products have not been opened or used and retain their original packaging. In these cases, the Seller will refund the money for the purchase by crediting the customer’s Credit Card, by Bank Transfer to the account specified by the customer, or by crediting it to their account. If a product other than that ordered by the client is delivered by mistake, it will be changed by the right product at no additional cost for the client. If a product is faulty or is not in good working order, the client must notify it to the Seller within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, and the goods will be replaced at no extra cost to the client.

9. Customer Obligations
The customer of the Seller agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested on the user registration form or when placing an order, and to keep this information updated at all times.
The customer agrees to accept all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, and understands that they reflect from our part the best possible service for the type of activity that the Seller offers.
The customer also agrees to confidentially save with the utmost care their personal access codes to our website.
In order to assist the delivery of the order, the customer agrees to provide a delivery address where it can be delivered within normal daily working hours. In case of the client’s failure to meet this obligation, the Seller shall not assume any responsibility for delays or delivery failures with the order requested by the customer.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The purchases made with the Seller are subject to the laws of Spain. In case of any disputes or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or enforcement of these purchasing conditions, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts of Law of the buyer. In case the client had his or her residence outside Spain, or in case the client was a company acting within the framework of its business or professional activities, both parties agree to resolve the matter, renouncing expressly to any other jurisdiction, in the Courts of Law of Majadahonda, Madrid (Spain).
