Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are available:

  • Credit/debit Card, via PayPal´s virtual terminal.
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer.

In certain cases, and to prevent fraud, the Seller reserves the right to ask a customer for a specific payment method if the identity of the buyer has not been proven conclusively.

Delivery

Your order will usually be delivered by SEUR,  RAPID EXPRESS and CORREOS, and will require a signature on delivery.

Shipping to the following European destinations have a fixed cost of 15 €:

  • Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Hungary, Poland y Czech Republic.

Shipping to the rest of destinations have a fixed cost of 25 €:

Should a higher charge apply to a particularly bulky order, we will advise you prior to processing your order that a higher charge applies.

Delivery charges for the rest of destinations will be quoted and charged on a case by case basis, taking into account the weight, volume and destination of each particular order. Delivery charges will be added to the shopping basket before payment is taken.

Taxes and Import Duties

The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website, include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union are subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any non-members of the European Union are exempt from VAT.

Any import duties or taxes and customs or clearance charges that are payable in the recipient’s country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by the Seller should the buyer wish to cancel his or her order or to return any goods to the Seller for exchange or refund. Please also note that the client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Banner PMYC SL Banner PMYC SL will not be liable for any breach by the client of any such laws. Please note that customs may open and inspect packages and that the cost of the goods must be specified on the documentation attached to the package, even if it is a gift.

Delivery Times

Delivery times usually oscillate between 1 and 5 working days for Europe and between 10 and 15 days for the rest of destinations, once payment has been confirmed and the parcel collected by the courier company, depending on the destination and volume of the order. These times are estimated and Banner PMYC SL will reserve the right to alter them for reasons beyond its control. In any case, the Seller will always work to shorten the delivery times as much as possible, trying to ensure a fast and efficient delivery and keeping the client informed about any occurrence that may alter the standard delivery times.

In the case of purchase upon reservation the delivery times of order may be greater, generally do not usually delayed, But keep in mind that it is an exclusive handmade product.

The anticipated payment of an order does not imply for the Seller the obligation to complete the transaction. If the Seller is unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control, the Seller may by notice in writing to the client cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability.

Returns and Warranty

The client will have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to terminate the agreement and return the product purchased. The client must inform the Seller of his or her desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract before proceeding to return the order.

All goods returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Providing the returned goods are in good condition, the Seller will refund the payment within 14 days from the date of reception of the returned goods, by crediting the customer’s Credit Card or by Bank Transfer to the account specified by the customer. Alternatively the client may opt for store credit.

The cost of returns will be paid by the client, as well as his or her additional expenses incurred during the process, such as telephone calls, time employed to return the items, etc. Banner PMYC SL cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return to the Seller. We recommend the client to obtain proof of posting and to insure the returned items.

If a product other than that ordered by the client is delivered by mistake, it will be changed by the right product at no additional cost for the client.

If a product is damaged or is not in good working order, the client must notify it to the Seller within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, failing which the goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order. Where goods prove to be faulty, we will replace them without charge.

Privacy Policy

Banner PMYC SL stores and processes information and Personal Data about its clients only for specific and limited purposes related to the promotion of its products and services. Banner PMYC SL do not share, sell or distribute your Personal Data with third parties.
